[How To] Easy Installation Guide for Your Electric Bike Kit

Battery and Controller Box:

• Mount the battery on your bike.
• Find a place to fit the controller box with the controller inside.

Display:

• Attach the display to your handlebar.

Pedal Assist Sensor:

• No need to remove the crank.
• Install the sensor directly on the electric bike axle using a zip tie.
• Position the sensor on the left side of the seat tube near the bottom bracket.

Magnetic Steel Plate:

• Assemble the two pieces of the magnetic steel plate as shown in the diagram.
• Secure with a circlip.

Brake Sensors:

• Can be installed on any brake type.
• Use the sticker to attach the magnet and sensor to the brake lever.
• Align the sensor with the magnet, keeping a 0.5 cm distance between them.
• When you pull the brake, the Brake Sensor sign will appear on the display.

Cassette/Freewheel:

• Swap your current cassette from the wheel and fit it to the hub.
• Use a cassette removal tool to remove it.
• Freewheels typically have 6-7 speeds, while cassettes have 8+ speeds.
